Stock Availability

An item I wish to purchase is out of stock. When will it be available again?

Contact us via the form on our Contact Us page with the design, size and colour that you are after, and we will be able to advise when this item will be available again back in stock.

Payment

What methods of payment do you accept?
Our website accepts payment via Paypal or credit card, both VISA and Mastercard.

I am nervous about giving my credit card details online, how safe is your website?
We have a very secure system for using and storing your details. Credit card details are deleted once your order is complete and do not remain on our system.

Care Instructions

Are there any special care instructions I should follow with my new clothing purchase?
All our clothing comes with a care label with clear care instructions so you get the best wear from your clothes as possible. Please follow the directions carefully as most of our products are 100% Merino wool which is a delicate fabric and will need to be treated with care. As a general rule, we recommend cold gentle hand wash on most items and never recommend you put them in the dryer. Please email us with any questions you may have regarding the care of any of our products.
